This substantial redevelopment of two mews houses within City of Westminster conservation area was completed in the summer 2017. The project involved major structural alterations of a previously altered ground and second levels, new and enlarged window openings/dormers new vertical circulation arrangement and general internal and external overhaul. The project also features new roof conservatories that can be used as an internal space in winter but can also be a part of the decked terrace area when the two sliding/folding sides are fully open. Project was completed on time and within the budget.
