Over the past nine years DIZarchitects have been designing and procuring ‘high-specification’ residential projects for several developer companies, among which are Diadem Homes, Stonehaven Homes, The Cherwell Group, Copithorne Homes, to name but a few. The schemes are generally for a single or a pair of dwellings per plot, occasionally including basements and swimming pools, with gross floor areas ranging between 450m2 to 800m2 per unit. Most of the houses are situated in rather sensitive conservation areas (mainly within Wimbledon Village, Teddington and Cobham), which we have on more than one occasion successfully taken through planning stages and have seen through to final completion.
