Redevelopment of this Edwardian terraced house was executed in the period between July 2000 and April 2001. The building is situated within a conservation area Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, minutes away from Harrods store and Albert and Victoria museum.

After extensive discussions with the local authority, a new model for the refurbishment of the remaining houses in this terrace was developed.

Apart from the fact that the overall volume and proportions of the newly constructed areas of building show far greater consideration for the original structure, a potential to develop series of attractive and generous spaces was also created.

Demolition and adjustment of all floor structures, inclusion of new mezzanine and additional roof level, a four-storey rear extension and two south-west facing terraces provided a regenerated setting for five contemporary two and three bedroom apartments. The total floor area is 670m2, 132m2 of which form the terraces and communal areas.
